Besides, you’ll need to transfer the amount of US$ 50 (you will be sent specific instructions on how to pay the application fee once we receive your application form), to start the process of your internship. In case you cancel the process, this amount will not be refundable.
All your documents will be analyzed and evaluated by the Internship Program Coordinator, who will design your individual profile – key tool to the successful handling of your internship position.
THIRD STEP: A telephone interview
For you to get a complete idea of all the details of your program,
we’ll coordinate a telephone interview with you, which will
be the right time for you to ask all the questions and doubts you
may have regarding your internship, destiny, etc.
The interview will be in English and Spanish when possible with
the aim of determining your level of Spanish; if we consider it
necessary we’ll suggest you to take some classes before you
start your internship. In all cases it will be necessary to have
an intermediate to high level of Spanish.
FOURTH STEP : Internship Confirmation
According to the program you’ve chosen, you’ll be receiving the confirmation of your internship not latter than 8 to 10 weeks –generally before- by a descriptive form that will include:
› Description of the host institution.
› Description of your project and the tasks you’ll be performing in such institution.
› We’ll coordinate a telephone interview with the host institution in order you to ask all the questions and doubts to your working counselor, and to have a “browse” of your potential internship.
› General information as regards the formal requirements of the institution.
For confidential reasons, we won’t disclose the host institution’s name until the moment you start your internship. Nevertheless, ARGENSERV will provide you with all the necessary information for you to have an idea of how the place of your program will be.
Once you are done with these steps, you can already start one of the most interesting experiences of you life!.
