The Registration process is very simple. You only have to fill out the spots that fit your needs and send it to us. After this, you will be personally contacted by one of our staff members to confirm your expectations.
You also have to print, sign and send it via ordinary mail to ARGENSERV ARGENTINA - Registration Centre, Rivadavia 3984, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina, by fax to +54-011-4981-7952 or scanned to info@argenserv.com along with other documentation required to be accepted in the program.

Registration and Payment
The registration process begins by sending the registration form and the payment of the program application fees. The total cost of the program must be received one week before starting the program, in cash (Argentinean Pesos, US dollars or Euros), credit card, or by means of a bank wire transfer.
In the Internship program, the rest of the total cost should be made immediately following notification of a placement.

Refunds
Under no circumstances will the registration fee be returned. The cost of the program will be completely returned (minus the registration fee) only if the program is cancelled more than three weeks in advance.

If the program is cancelled less than three weeks in advance, the total cost will be returned (minus the registration fee) and a penalty of 25%.

Once the program has started no refunds will be made. Only in cases of personal emergencies, with proper notification and thorough documentation, will ARGENSERV review the claims and be able to offer a partial refund.

The internship application fee contains a U$$ 50 (registration fee), non-refundable cancellation fee which must be paid together with the Application Form. No refund is given after the start of internship except in the case of employer negligence. In this case, the intern may ask to be placed with another organization if the employer is professionally negligent in terms of misconduct and improper behaviour. The request can only be made within the first week of the assignment or at no later than 20% of the duration of the assignment, whichever one comes first. 
In the case of the intern requesting another placement due to the above-mentioned reason(s), ARGENSERV will provide the intern with an alternative, however ARGENSERV will be unable to guarantee fulfilling the placement within the intern's requested time. Refusal by the intern to attend interviews will not constitute reasonable grounds for a refund. Refusal by an intern to accept an internship for reasons not specified on their application or during the interview will not constitute reasonable grounds for rejecting an internship offer. This will therefore constitute a cancellation by the intern.

An intern will be granted a full refund if ARGERNSERV for any reason is unable to place the intern.
